Brandon and Sarah were married last weekend at the beautiful Painter’s Lodge in Campbell River. Although the weather was not very cooperative, we made the most of it, and had a great time in the rain! This was our first time heading up island since moving here, and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised! Some of our favourite sights were: the Vancouver Island mountain ranges, Miracle Beach, Strathcona Park, bison, and consistant bird of prey sightings! We also stopped at Coombs Country Market to see what all the fuss is about!
We had a great time, and congratulations again to Brandon and Sarah!
Enjoy.
Wolfpups is a DIY screen printing / clothing company based out of the Sunshine Coast in BC. Heather designs, and hand prints all of their garments using water-based inks, fair labour and 100% organic cotton; needless to say, we are big fans of both their overall perspective, and clothing! When she approached us about shooting her latest “Wild Child” design, we were into it right away. We love doing collaborations with like-minded artists, and we’re sure that there will be more to come!
Please support Heather and her local business by visiting her Etsy shop!

Cassandra and Aaron were one of the first Vancouver Island couples to contact us, roughly seven months before we moved here – we can’t believe that it has been over a year already! We started things off at Island View Beach; stopped off briefly at a classic fishing pier, and concluded the shoot in a beautiful oak tree field at dusk. Luckily, the weather was amazing and we were able to capture the vibe we were going for: warm, sunny and romantic! A big thank you goes out to Cassandra and Aaron for being awesome, and we’re super excited for their wedding day!
Enjoy!
